Purchased buckle and appliqué. Fitted top has mock-front button band, and narrow hem. D: Collar and tie. E: Collar and collar band. Pleated skirt (cut on crosswise grain) has waistband and side zipper. Purchased bias tape to finish neckline D, and trim for D, optional for F and G.
